Pro is $25 a month, or $250 a year.
We only charge for the AI: never a percentage of your benefits, never a cut of your back pay, never an invoice tied to your rating. Disability management, the symptom logger and buddy statements are never metered, on any plan.

The VA keeps a file on you and you’re entitled to it. You request it and upload it yourself; we never contact VA about your claim and never file anything for you.
A C-File can run thousands of pages. Reading one costs us more than a month of anyone’s subscription, so folding it into the monthly price would raise it for every veteran, including the ones who never upload a file. We charge it once, only to the veterans who need it, and the year’s plan includes it.

Who can help, and what it costs.
Free accredited help exists, and we recommend it. It’s the first line on this sheet, and plenty of veterans use both.
- An accredited VSO
- Represents you at no cost: files for you, tracks the claim and speaks to the VA on your behalf. County offices, DAV, VFW and the American Legion all have them. Find your county office
- Cost: Free
- VeteranAI
- You prepare the evidence yourself: statements, nexus letter drafts, your C-File read in plain English. Works alongside your VSO, never instead of one.
- Cost: $250 a year on Pro
- Flat-fee claims consultants
- Coaching and document prep for one claim, paid up front. Not accredited, so they can't represent you or file for you. How they compare
- Cost: $1,250–1,500 a claim
- Percentage outfits
- Often called claim sharks: paid from a cut of your back pay or a multiple of your increase, and not allowed to represent you. Look anyone up before you sign. VA's accredited-representative search
- Cost: A cut of back pay

What veterans built with it.
“Used VeteranAI to file for an increase on 1 condition and generated statements and nexus letters for 2 additional conditions. Fully granted on all submissions, achieving 100% P&T status in less than 2 months start to finish.”
100% P&T in under 2 months
“Needed buddy statements from three of my old squad members and none of them knew what to write. Ran them through VeteranAI and we had solid, detailed statements in under an hour. All three were accepted by the VA without any issues.”

Pricing questions, answered straight.
Never. The only money that changes hands is a flat subscription charged to your card, plus the optional one-time C-File analysis. Nothing we charge is calculated from your rating, your award, or your monthly benefit — and we never send anything to collections.
You get full Pro access for 17 days. A card is required, and the first charge lands on day 18. Cancel before then and you're never charged — nobody calls you, and nothing you wrote is deleted. The trial comes with monthly billing; annual plans skip it and start the full year straight away.
Your account drops to the free tier. Disability management, the symptom logger and buddy statements stay yours, and the free tier still covers analyzing your decision letter and writing 10+ personal statements. Your documents and uploaded records remain yours either way.
A C-File can run thousands of pages, and analyzing one costs us more than a month of subscription. Folding it into monthly pricing would raise the price for every veteran, including the ones who never upload a file. So it's a one-time $200 purchase for up to 10,000 pages — then $20 per additional 1,000 — or included outright on Pro annual (10,000 pages, $250 a year).
On annual plans your full twelve months of AI usage is available on day one instead of refilling monthly, and Pro annual carries twice the AI usage of monthly Pro. If you want to read your record and write everything in one long weekend, nothing throttles you.
Yes. At sign-up you pick the trial, Pro paid monthly or annually, or Max. Later, from your account, you can move Pro to annual or step up to Max, including the larger Max plans that aren't offered at sign-up. Cancelling takes two clicks.
Yes, there is free accredited help — county VSOs, DAV, VFW, the American Legion — and we recommend it. They can represent you; we can't. We're self-service software you use on your own records, and plenty of veterans use both. Find your county VSO office.
