01 · Six
Six does the work, not just the talking.
Ask about your claim in plain English — by voice or by text — and Six answers from the text of 38 CFR and the M-21-1, with the section it relied on. Not a memory of the rule; the rule.
Since version 1.4 it can also take a job from start to finish: gather the records, research the medical link, draft the nexus letter for your doctor to review and sign, and show you every step it took along the way.
02 · Claims
Every condition in one place.
Each condition you’re claiming sits on its own card, with how you’re connecting it to service and what’s on file for it.
The meter fills as the evidence lands: the diagnosis, the in-service event, the link between them. You see the gap before VA does, and the app tells you which record would close it.
03 · Symptoms
Log it the day it happens.
A flare-up at six in the morning is easy to forget by the C&P exam. Open the app, tap where today landed on the 1-to-10 scale, and it’s on the record: how bad, what it stopped you doing, how often.
That is the day-to-day account a higher rating rests on — kept as it happens, instead of reconstructed in the exam room.
04 · Docs
Understand your decision letter.
Upload the letter and the app reads it: what VA granted, what it denied, and the reason it gave for each. It lists the conditions the letter turned up so you can tick the ones that are yours and add them to your record.
Decision letters and medical records go in from the phone. Your C-File — the one document that runs to thousands of pages — is uploaded once, on the web, and the app works from it on the same account.

The app needs iOS 15.1 or later, on an iPhone or an iPad. If you’re on Android, the web app works in your phone’s browser today with the same account — and this page will say so the day the Android app ships.

Straight answers about the app
It is free to download and free to sign up. For a limited time the app includes a free tier of AI usage, so you can put Six to work on your claim without paying; past that tier there is a paywall for the Pro plan. Logging symptoms and tracking your conditions are never metered on any plan.
Not yet. The Android app is being built. Until it ships, the web app at app.veteranai.co works in any phone browser with the same account, and this page will say so the day it is available.
No. One account works in the iPhone app and on the web at app.veteranai.co, and one subscription covers both. Sign up in either place and sign in on the other.
Apple keeps 30% of a subscription sold through the App Store, so the in-app price is higher. The same Pro plan is $25 a month or $250 a year on the web, with a 17-day free trial on the monthly plan. Subscribe at app.veteranai.co, then sign in on your phone and everything is there.
No — the C-File is uploaded on the web, at app.veteranai.co. A full C-File runs to hundreds or thousands of pages, so it goes in once from a computer, and the app then works from it on the same account. Decision letters and medical records do go in straight from the phone.
No. VeteranAI is self-help software: it is not accredited, it does not file, it does not represent you, and it never contacts VA on your behalf. You file on VA.gov or through an accredited representative, and a Veterans Service Organization can represent you at no cost — the free directory on this site lists every county office and accredited rep.
The app sends your documents to the same infrastructure the web app runs on, which we operate ourselves; the one outside service, an embeddings provider, works under zero data retention, and no veteran's data trains any model.
