- **Whether symptoms remain uncontrolled despite continuous treatment.** When continuous treatment does not control the symptoms, the condition may be evaluated at the 30% level.

## Important Note

- **Ovarian dysfunction is rated separately.** For VA disability evaluation purposes, a disease, injury, or adhesions of the ovaries resulting in ovarian dysfunction that affects the menstrual cycle — such as dysmenorrhea and secondary amenorrhea — is rated under **diagnostic code 7615**.
